招商永隆银行（「本行」）已提升环球证券买卖系统，客户可透过网上证券服务买卖美股及新加坡证券，或透过「招商永隆银行手机App」手机银行服务买卖美股。为方便客户报告有关环球证券买卖系统故障，本行已在客户服务热线新增环球证券买卖系统故障报告选项。在美股或新加坡证券交易日的指定时间¹，客户如遇上有关环球证券买卖系统故障，请致电本行客户服务热线（852）230 95555。

客户如在指定时间¹外遇上有关环球证券买卖系统故障，或对本行之证券服务有任何查询，请致电本行客户服务热线（852）230 95555（选择语言后续按「3」及「2」字）。

1. 指定时间指美股或新加坡交易日，香港时间下午5时30分至翌日上午5时30分（包括香港之公众假期、黑色暴雨警告、八号或以上台风悬挂期间）。

电子渠道交易限额

客户透过招商永隆银行（「本行」）的电子渠道(即「招商永隆证券通」音频电话服务买卖热线、招商永隆网上证券服务或「招商永隆银行手机App」手机银行服务)发出证券买卖指示，每宗交易之最高限额为等值港币100,000,000元，而每日之交易限额为等值港币500,000,000元。若客户需要调整交易限额，请亲临本行任何分行办理手续。

本行极为重视网上银行的保安。客户使用招商永隆网上银行服务后，请紧记登出该服务，亦须确保电脑沒有纪录网上银行登记名号及私人密码，以避免因账户被盗用而招致损失 (详情请参阅载于本行网页「一般资讯」内的「常见问题 ─ 互联网保安」)。客户因疏忽而招致损失，招商永隆银行概不负责。如怀疑网上银行账户有未经授权交易，请立即通知本行。查询电话，请参阅「互联网保安」。

Global Securities Trading System Problem Reporting Option Added To Customer Services Hotline

CMB Wing Lung Bank (“the Bank”) has enhanced the Global Securities Trading System. Customers can place orders to trade US and Singapore securities through Net Securities Services or place orders to trade US Securities through CMB Wing Lung Bank Mobile App. To provide convenience to customers on reporting errors of the Global Securities Trading System, a Global Securities Trading System Problem Reporting Option has been added to the Bank's Customer Services Hotline. If customers encounter errors of the Global Securities Trading System at the designated time¹ on a US or Singapore trade day, please call our Customer Services Hotline at (852) 230 95555.

If customers encounter errors of the Global Securities Trading System out of the designated time¹, or if they have any enquiry on Securities Services of the Bank, please call our Customer Services Hotline at (852) 230 95555 (then press “3” and “2” after choosing the language).

Remark:

1. Designated time refers to 5:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. on the next day (Hong Kong time) of any US or Singapore trade day (including Hong Kong public holidays, during the period when the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Warning Signal no.8 or above are hoisted).

Transaction Limit in Electronic Channels

For securities trading orders placed through electronic channels of CMB Wing Lung Bank (“the Bank”) (i.e., CMB Wing Lung Automated Securities Services Trading Hotline, CMB Wing Lung NET Securities Services or CMB Wing Lung Bank Mobile App), the maximum limit per transaction is HKD equivalent 100,000,000 and the daily transaction limit is HKD equivalent 500,000,000. For customers who would like to adjust the trading limit, please visit any of our branches for application.
